We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., opened software, gift cards, final-sale items).
How to start a return
Email support@concanmex.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different model or color? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
